How it works

  1. Enter rent and start date. We count whole months from that date through this month, then multiply by your monthly rent.
  2. Read the spend total and the short verdict. Cancel or keep is a lean based on months held and visits, not legal advice.
  3. If you cancel, follow the free kit or the $19 facility pack. Notice window, empty unit, written confirmation, stop auto-pay, watch one more bill cycle.
  4. Mark cancel done on the savings page. See rent avoided since move-out.
  5. If you keep, pick a revisit date. Optional $7/mo reminder is secondary — calendar works too.
