No. Your facility contract and local rules control cancellation. We give math and a practical checklist.

Do you store my calculator inputs?

They stay in your browser unless you buy something or email us. Stripe holds payment details if you pay.

What happens to a statement photo I upload?

It is scanned once to guess rent and start date, then discarded. We do not save the image. Always check the filled fields — OCR can misread. Prefer JPEG, PNG, or WebP (not HEIC).

What is in the $19 cancel pack?

Facility-specific notice notes, email draft, move-out day list, auto-pay steps, and a confirm-closed script. Build it on the cancel pack page after checkout unlocks this browser.

Is there a free printable?

Yes — the free kit has a generic checklist and blank notice letter.

How do I see dollars saved after I cancel?

Mark the cancel date on the savings page. It uses the same month-counting as the calculator.

How do I stop the $7/mo reminder?

Use billing, log in with your checkout email, and cancel. It ends at the close of the current period.

What if I need a refund on the $19 pack?

If you have not used it, email within 7 days of payment from the billing page.

Does CancelMyStorage cancel the storage facility for me?

No. You still contact the facility. We help you decide and give you the steps.
